Harrison Ford Proves Age is Just a Number

Harrison Ford is living proof that age is just a number and as Masters Athletes we know it is often mind over matter.  If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter!

The renown 78 year old actor is regularly spotted on his road bike cycling around southern California and recently completed a 1,000km ride with a group of friends in Mexico from Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas.  While Ford may be nearing his 80s, he continues to stay physically and mentally fit through his participation in cycling as well as being an avid tennis player and licensed pilot.

Ford is a favorite of many movie goers around the world for his roles in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, Blade Runner, Working Girl, Regarding Hendy and many more.  As of 2019, the U.S. domestic box office grosses of his films total over $5.1 billion, with worldwide grosses surpassing $9.3 billion, placing him at No. 4 on the list of highest-grossing domestic box office stars of all time.

The actor will next be seen in the upcoming television series The Staircase, which will follow a man who is grieving the death of his wife who fell down a staircase and gets accused of murdering her.
