There is nothing filthy about being 50…in fact you can be a clean, natural and athletic BEAST at the age of 50 and today I have a full body “Filthy 50” circuit which is a chipper-style WOD protocol made popular in the CrossFit world.

A chipper involves chipping away at the 10 different movements, 50 reps at a time.

This workout has incredible benefits to help you burn fat, build muscle, strength endurance, cardio and athletic movement.

Plus, the workout involves many functional movements including squats, hinge, lunge, push, pull and core making all these exercises effective for developing muscles and movement patterns you need in day-to-day life.

Making activities like picking up and shelving groceries or playing with your kids or even moving heavy boxes.
